On Friday, July 21, 2017, the new Ghanaian Ambassador to the U.S.–Dr.
Baffour Adjei-Bawuah–presented his Letters of Credence to President
Trump at an Ambassador Credentialing Ceremony in the Oval Office at the
White House.
The presentation of credentials is a traditional ceremony that marks
the formal beginning of an Ambassador’s service in Washington.
