DC Mayor’s Office on African Affairs and the Commission on African Affairs Host Community Town Hall

The Mayor’s Office on African Affairs and the Commission on African Affairs invite you to an African community town hall discussion on key policy initiatives crucial to the African community. The discussion will focus on identifying various needs of the community while highlighting gaps and seeking ways to connect communities to District resources.

The theme is “Pathway to the Middle Class” and topics of discussion will include (but are not limited to):
• Education
• Jobs
• Affordable Housing
• Public Safety
• Economic Development
• Language Access
• Access to Resources
